Colorado Health and Tech Centers (CHTC) today announced the acquisition of the building and property located at 5800 South Quebec Street in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
The building, a 175,000-square-foot Class A Office complex was formally known as Quebec Court II. The location will now be known as CHTC – Greenwood Village Campus (CHTC-GVC).
The acquisition of the building and property is the latest in a variety of new construction and acquisition projects undertaken by CHTC and is planned to be the company’s anchor location in Greenwood Village. CHTC will immediately begin converting the building for prospective tenants to fit their specific designs and plans. The company plans to renovate and reposition the property as a hub for biotech, technology, medical office and lab workspaces for a variety of lease clients.
